| The Duration
The Excelebrate Process consists of an initial two day session and a single follow up day 8 - 12 weeks later. It is structured like a training program so that Organisations can get the full benefits of an organisational development process while being able to claim back from their Skills Development Levy. The time investment for the process is three days as described below. ![]() During the first two days the team is taken through the Excelebrate Process. These two days result in the focus and accountability needed to impact on the productivity and profitability of the organisation. The follow up day is then set for 8 to 12 weeks after the initial two day process. At the follow up day the individuals in the team present their action plans to the team highlighting what they proposed to achieve, what they actually achieved and what they will achieve in the following three months. The senior manager of the team is coached towards facilitating the follow up days. The goal is to create a continuous improvement and learning organisation culture within the teams so that the follow up days continue into the future. The Excelebrate facilitators may be requested to do additional coaching sessions with specific individuals in the interim between the initial two day program and the follow up day. The purpose of this coaching will be to facilitate the achievement of the objectives set in the initial two day process so that they have been achieved by the follow up day. |
